Dr.  Bigelow-Veterinarian:  Dr. Bigelow has worked at CVC since 1996 and has owned the practice since 1999.  He has been practicing veterinary medicine for over 19 years.  He has four children; 3 boys and 1 girl.  He also shares his home with 2 dogs, 2 cats, 2 birds, 1 lizard and a tank full of fish.  Besides helping animals and educating clients, Dr. Bigelow likes to golf, camp and spend lots of time with his family.  We are all so happy to have Dr. Bigelow as our leader.




Julie - Veterinary Technician:  Julie has provided exceptional compassionate care since she began working at CVC in 1993.  In fact, she has seen many clinets' puppies and kitties grow up before her eyes.  She has 2 adorable children and lives with two dogs and one cat.  She fills her free time camping in the desert, playing sports, watching movies and hanging out with her family.




Dave - Veterinary Technician:  Dave has worked for CVC since 2008 when he moved to San Diego from New York, however, he has worked in veterinary medicine for many years.  He has a dog and cat at home that keep him busy.  In his time off, he enjoys cooking, exercising and watching wrestling.  We are so lucky to have such a knowledgeable and experienced technician join our team!




Natalie - Veterinary Technician:  Natalie has worked at CVC since 2004.  She has one cat name Moose.  Her professionalism, medical knowledge and caring attitude are easily witnessed by all of our clients and pets.  Natalie enjoys spending time with her friends and family.




Allyson - Veterinary Technician:  Allyson has worked at CVC since 2003.  Her home is filled with dogs, cats, a snake, red ear sliders and a horse.  The newest addition is a beautiful new baby girl! Allyson likes to spend her time off riding her horse, walking her dogs and spending time with her wonderful family.  Allyson brings such a caring attitude and great veterinary knowledge with a specialty in behavior.




Linda - Hospital Administration:  Linda has been married for 40 years and has a grown son and daughter.  She is a proud grandma of 3!  The rest of her family is fuzzy and includes 2 dogs and several cats.  In fact, most of her cats were rescued from CVC.  Linda enjoys reading and spending time with her pets.  She has been an excellent addition to CVC since 1995 and goes above and beyond the call of duty to provide exceptional client service.




Cherie - Client Relations:  Cherie has been working at CVC since 2004.  She has a very spoiled dog and cat!  Cherie enjoys spending time at the beach, shopping, fishing and taking her dog places.  Cherie is an extremely hard worker with a great attitude. She knows, by name, almost every pet who comes into CVC.




Carla - Vet Assistant:  Carla has been a vet assistant since 2007.  She is planning on attending school to become a Registered Veterinary Technician.  Carla is in the process of fostering homeless dogs in her new home.  She enjoys reading, going to the beach and drawing.  We enjoy her calm and kind nature with the pets!




Shane - Veterinary Assistant:  Shane started at CVC as a volunteer student with the ROP Assistant program in 2008.  He is so eager to learn and patient and calm with the animals, that we hired him immediately when a position became available.  He enjoys skateboarding, hiking swimming and any outdoor activities.  Shane is pursuing a career in veterinary medicine as a Registered Veterinary Technician.




Kristina - Groomer:  Kristina has been our groomer here since 2006. Her house is filled with pets most of them rescues.  Kristina volunteers with Greyhound Adoption Centers and likes to spend her time watching and attending dog shows and agility trials.  She is so calm and kind with the animals and makes them smell and look wonderful!




Gail - Hospital Manager:  Gail has been working at home for CVC since 1999 but since 2006 has also joined the team in the office.  She has four children and 7 pets!  When she isn’t working she spends time teaching art, volunteering at her children’s school, watching all of their sporting events and running on the canyon trails.  The best part of her job is watching all of the adorable pets come in and taking care of all of the ordering and details so her team can provide the very best veterinary care available!




Elton John:  Elton John is a 15 year old Abyssinian Cat who lives and lounges at CVC.  He has the sweetest disposition and handles all of the poking and proding that come along with being a diabetic cat with patience and love.  He usually can be found sleeping in the office and begging for food at lunch!




Diego:  Diego is a 3 year old cat with a spunky attitude!  Diego likes to think of himself as King of the Treatment Area.  He can often be found spending time cuddling with the other clinic cats and stealing some of their food. 




Honey:  Honey is a senior cat who loves attention and affection.  She came to live with us when her owner had to go to an assisted living facility.  She gets along great with all of the pets here and we enjoy her sweet nature.
