We value our clients' experience at Center Veterinary Clinic. If your pet or animal is currently a patient, please feel free to complete the following Client Experience Questionnaire. We are constantly striving to improve our services. The Questionnaire is in Adobe Acrobat format, and requires the free Acrobat Reader to view.
You can return your survey by fax, mail or by dropping it off at the clinic and you will receive a $5.00 credit on your account. We have a silver box up front. You can anonymously turn in your survey and mention it to the receptionist so she can credit your account. One survey per client per year please. - Thank you Dr. B for your time and energy with helping us understand what's being going on with our dog. You and your staff are much appreciated. We appreciate the "personal" feeling that we get when we enter. In particular, Linda and Cherie have always been so polite and genuinely interested in our worries or non worries. We feel they come through for us SINCERELY whenever we need or talk to them. Julie has been so sincere and helpful over the years as well and gone out of her way to assist us. - I have only praise for Dr. Matthew Bigelow and his capable staff. I have taken my cat to the Center Veterinary Clinic for 16 years. Dr. Bigelow helped me learn to home test my cat during diabetes and even succeeded in getting the cat off of insulin. If you are looking for a caring clinic where your pet will get considerate and capable attention, Dr. Bigelow and staff are the answer.
- I was called 3 times to make sure my dog was doing okay after my first time visit for my dog who had diarrhea and wasn't eating her food. The doctor asked me pertinent questions and developed a wellness plan for my dog. I was very satisfied with the level of customer service care and concern by all staff members and their vigilant follow through after my dog went home.
